Lobby at Home

Meet with your Members of Congress when they are in your state or town and tell them: "My Family Counts." We created the Lobby At Home / UAFA Now! campaign to boost cosponsorship and create new Congressional champions for the Uniting American Families Act (UAFA).

Members of Congress are often back in their home states/districts on weekends, holidays, and much of the fall leading into the election. We're asking our families and supporters all across the country to take those opportunities to meet with their Members of Congress and share why UAFA is so critical. A face to face meeting with a family who is hurt by our country's discriminatory immigration policies is the most effective way to build support for UAFA.

After your meeting, please tell us what happened with our UAFA Meeting Report Form! We can be much more effective in passing UAFA if we know what your Member of Congress says when asked to cosponsor and help pass UAFA.
